"I bought an apartment in the Snezhanka in Pamporovo through Lakestone Property.

Took my family there for new year, and the ski resort is small but extremely nice and very very pretty.

The hotel/apartments is in an absolutely ideal location, right in the middle of the resort, next to all the restaurants bars and shopping centre.

In terms of investment, this one looks really good, couldnt find anything else at the price offered, and after seeing the actual apartment, am very excited and think I have made a good move. The apartment was not complete, as they are now putting the finishing touches to it. The building is complete just needs tidying up and furniture, kitchen bathroom bits etc..

Now Bulgaria has joined the EU, can only really see the value go up
Everyone in Bulgaria is quoting at least 25% a year for this resort and to be honest I think it may go higher.

On another note, Lakestone Property have been brilliant. They are always contactable, always get back to me, very very helpful. This is my 2nd property I have bought abroad, the first being in Spain, and the agent for that property was no way near as helpful.

I would certainly recommend buying there. Well thats all my opinion anyway."
